The title of this page should really be "About Me" since I'm the owner, web developer, graphic design artist, and chief technology officer. I've been developing websites since 1994, and website development is one of my responsibilities where I'm employed. As the name suggests, Moonlight Website Design is a side business in addition to my regular job. I don't rent office space, I don't have an 800 number, I don't have employee salaries to pay for, and I also don't need to charge clients high fees to stay profitable. I develop quality/professional websites for a reasonable price.
