Billing Policy
All charges are shown are in US Dollars. Moonlight Website Design accepts payments via PayPal. Using PayPal you can pay us with either a credit card or a checking account. Moonlight Website Design does not mail paper invoices and statements but instead offer them via e-mail using PayPal. Please visit the PayPal website for more information.
Accounts that are 30 days past due will be automatically suspended.
We offer a yearly billing cycle. Payments are due at the beginning the billing cycle will begin on the date you activated your account.
Moonlight Website Design reserves the right to change or modify its billing policy at any time.
Terms of Use
1. Moonlight Website Design provides various web development and hosting services subject to the customer’s compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this policy. Use of our services constitutes an understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions you must not continue to use our services. Violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of the services.
2. Moonlight Website Design reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The customer’s continued use of the service shall be deemed to be an acceptance of the updated terms of use. The customer may reject the updated terms by ceasing use of the service.
3. It is the customer's responsibility to provide and maintain accurate contact information.
4. The registered owner of an account is responsible for the actions of all parties using that account.
5. Acceptable use: customer is expected to exhibit good netiquette. Example violations would be: illegal content or behavior, abusive content or behavior, sending of SPAM.
6. Adult or obscene content is not permitted. Moonlight Website Design has the final say on what constitutes adult or obscene content.
7. Any attempt to reduce the security, stability, or integrity of Moonlight Website Design's systems, or those of any other organization, will result in immediate account termination and the notification of the appropriate authorities.
8. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. No advice or information given by Moonlight Website Design shall create a warranty.
9. Under no circumstances shall Moonlight Website Design be liable for any loss, damage, liability or expense incurred or suffered which is claimed to result from use of or inability to use the service, or the customer's reliance on or use of information services or merchandise provided on or through the service, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, errors, delays, defects, or any failure of performance.
10. Moonlight Website Design's failure to enforce any term or condition in this policy shall not be taken as a waiver of that term or condition.
11. Moonlight Website Design reserves the right to send email notices to the customer.
12. Moonlight Website Design has the final say on what constitutes a violation of these terms and conditions.
